Merchinary is a field-sales iPhone app for store visits (bundle app.merchinary.field). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Access is guest-only. There are no accounts and no payments. Guest access lives on this device and cannot be restored on another device.

The service

You may find nearby stores, check in or remote check in, take visit photos, post notes and forms, use the schedule, join a work group, follow the Live team feed, record miles from Start day to End day while the app is in use, open Google Maps or Apple Maps for routing, and ask Retailligence (xAI / Grok) for aisle advice. We may pause or change features.

Your content

You keep rights to photos and notes you upload. You grant Merchinary a license to store and display them for your team and for share links you create. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. Share links are visible to anyone with the URL. Questions and optional photos you send to Retailligence are processed by xAI to generate an answer.

Acceptable use

Do not check in to places you are not visiting for work, harass other reps, or attempt to break the app. Location must be accurate enough to meet the 1-mile geofence unless you use Remote check-in.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is. Retailligence answers are generated by Grok and can be wrong — confirm on the shelf. Maps routing is provided by Google Maps or Apple Maps. Mileage is estimated from GPS while Start day is on. We are not liable for lost sales, bad displays, GPS error, or directions.
