Merchinary is a field-sales iPhone app for store visits (bundle app.merchinary.field). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. merchinary.app and Merchinary 2.0 require a signed-in account. Try Merchinary for FREE for 30 days — no credit card required for sign-up.
Payments
Lite ($9.99/month or $99.99/year) and Pro ($19.99/month or $199.99/year) are billed by Stripe on the website and by Apple In-App Purchase in Merchinary 2.0. Annual billing saves 17%. The same entitlement is stored for both. The iPhone app does not use Stripe Checkout to unlock that access.
The service
You may find nearby stores, check in or remote check in, take visit photos, post notes and forms, use the schedule, join a work group, follow the Live team feed, record miles from Start day to End day while the app is in use, open Google Maps or Apple Maps for routing, and ask Retailligence (xAI / Grok) for aisle advice. We may pause or change features.
Your content
You keep rights to photos and notes you upload. You grant Merchinary a license to store and display them for your team and for share links you create. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. Share links are visible to anyone with the URL. Questions and optional photos you send to Retailligence are processed by xAI to generate an answer.
Acceptable use
Do not check in to places you are not visiting for work, harass other reps, or attempt to break the app. Location must be accurate enough to meet the 1-mile geofence unless you use Remote check-in.
Text messages
If you opt in to Merchinary texts, you may opt out at any time, whenever you want: reply STOP to any Merchinary text; withdraw consent in Settings → Communications when signed in; or email hm915@hotmail.com. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply until you have opted out.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as-is. Retailligence answers are generated by Grok and can be wrong — confirm on the shelf. Maps routing is provided by Google Maps or Apple Maps. Mileage is estimated from GPS while Start day is on. We are not liable for lost sales, bad displays, GPS error, or directions.
Phone verification and SMS
Signed-in accounts may verify one mobile number with a one-time SMS passcode (OTP). Verification is for account security. Field features require an account.
Verification codes (OTP) are sent with Twilio Verify. Opted-in account or visit alerts are sent with Twilio Programmable SMS. Twilio is a processor that delivers the message to your wireless carrier.
Your mobile carrier delivers the text. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage. Frequency: verification codes as needed; opted-in account and visit alerts typically a few messages per week during active field work.
SMS is not an Apple in-app purchase. Apple does not send these texts and does not receive the message content. iPhone users still receive SMS through their carrier. Phone verification is for signed-in accounts.
Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel opted-in alert texts any time. STOP does not delete your account. Requesting a new verification code may send another OTP. Consent is never pre-checked.
The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
